I have a question about Landing with Own car? Is there a way to get around importing it? I want to use my own car but don't want to pay import fee etc. Did they charge you anything? How much was it? What else to expect, do you think you will have to take it to Canada Tire etc. for Federal appointment etc?

How do you know that the visa numbers will indeed become "U", come October? Any numbers/sources to back up the claim?
I know some senior members previously indicated in these forums that there is a difference between a "U"-Unavailable and a retrogressed date of 2003 for example.
I dont know if the visa numbers will become "U".

Talk to your reps' office staff. Share your stories/struggles with them. Then sometimes you get to meet your congress rep. Go to nearest universities. Check out departments that are doing immigration research. Volunteer to share your story with them.
This way, you work for a cause as well as build your social network. Once you get your GC, you will see that you have all these new people you never knew them before.
A decision that I took few months back was to force IV core to agree to opening a state chapter in IL. Now I feel that initiative has reaped benefits as I am gaining contacts in local, state governments, immigration activists and also like minded people from neighboring states. This would not have happened if I had got a GC on a platter and did not have to struggle.
Now stop whining and do some action. ;)

That is absolutely correct!I thought SunnySurya is talking about Processing application based on Priority dates which is applicable to Any Employement or Even family categories, with respect to Quota for that catagories..

Report them to USCIS and blacklist them. They don't get anything by suing you. They have more to lose if you report them to USCIS.

Got the 9 SRC numbers from the back of the checks and inputted into CRIS on Monday (9/10).
Today got the "Card Production Ordered" email for one of the 3 I765's. How
can I tell whose it is?
All 9 of my checks for myself, wife, kid were cashed on Friday (9/07).
Filed at Nebraska SC July 6th (sent July 5th).

But please, just trying to beat around the bush is not going to help anyone here for that matter not just me alone. You suggestion of sending flowers seems like that is the only solution to all the problems. I would say the reversal of the July 2 visa bulletine didn't just happen because of the flowers the members sent, the law suit AILA wanted to file against USCIS was one of the major reason apart from the California's Lawmakers letter. So please don't try to cut peoples idea by trying to belittle them, if you don't agree with them it is ok, if everyone agreed on the same thing life will be so dull.

Guys,
VISA BULLETIN FOR JUNE 2009 sets back EB2 priority back to 01JAN00.
Some thing needs to be done. The easist will be not counting ebdependents in ebquota. This should be very easy. There is no INA law linking ebquota with ebdependents.
I need IV Core help for this.

I and my wife transfer notice by mail. I have no idea, why I received them.
I read on the forums where people successfully called USCIS and got their Receipt Number with their name and DOB. However, they mentioned USCIS that they were waiting for more than 90 days to get level 2 IO support.

Wow... such eloquence from a "highly skilled worker" ! Truly impressive indeed :)
BTW, for that poster who was imagining a single line, open your eyes buddy. There are indeed two lines. Higher qualifications gets you into the shorter one. You can fret and whine all you want but you cant change the fact.
Porting PDs is a silly concept as others have pointed it out here. Its the law for now but wont be for long. Get over it.

Flower campaign has been a tremendous success. Look at how many inquiries we are getting. If you are in the particular city or state, where a reporter is trying to do a story, please come forward and contact these reporters.
